Tom Taylor is a creative technologist and engineer who has worked with internationally-renowned clients such as BBC, the National Maritime Museum, Dentsu London, Innocent Drinks and Stamen Design. He is the CTO of Newspaper Club and was described by the BBC as “a group of software-coding friends”. He is also a partner in RIG London.
Noticings was a game of looking at the world around you differently through photography, that ran from 2009 to 2010. It grew from a small side project amongst friends, into a community with over 2000 players, mostly by accident. Tom will talk about the bit of projects that is rarely mentioned: how to shut things down and turn them off.
