Monobanda talks about Bandjesland, a PLAY Pilots live game produced for the Le Guess Who? music festival in collaboration with Arne Boon. Players of Bandjesland use old-fashioned cassette tapes fitted with newfangled RFIDs to collaboratively produce music. A recording station enables players to record their own samples and save them to a cassette tape. The music and the samples were all recorded and made accessible to a broader audience on a website.
